Wrote in twice (over 6 days) to report a problem that affects my ranking in an event. No response and no action taken at all!

Started up the game and asks for a name. I try my name and many nicknames. All taken. I get desperate and try random letters, numbers, symbols, capitals, and lowercase. No go. "Someone is using this name". Its frustrating because I dont want to have to sit here and come up with something even more random than randomly hitting buttons. If people are inactive, delete the account so the name pool isnt always full. I literally tried "fubfjcbdid" and someone is using it? Thats not in anyway a username anyone should want.. Come on!

Graphics are great. However its a little redundant.

Its a fun game, or would be if it stopped kicking me out during battles. It wastes my scrolls & my time. It would also be helpful if we could read the info when we tap the info button.

This game is really good but it has issues with glitches. One is that when I press Magic Championship or Duel of Wizards, this happens: after the screen shows your wizard against the wizard your facing (battle screen in other words) the game freezes but the odd thing about this is that the two wizards (your wizard and the foes) they still slightly move. Please fix this along with other glitches.

This is my favorite game but when I got the knew update I had to start over. Im waiting for a update to fix this.

Needs an info tab to explain some stuff. Like how to add friends, and when there will be events. Good game though.

Once you start playing the game does not save once you name yourself Im Nate101pro in the game and now my game reseted so I renamed my wizard Nate101pro and it said it was already taken. And theres no restore account data so its a waist to play this game.

I absolutely love this game; however, when I go the map to complete quest the game kicks me out. Not sure if this one is on my behalf of not knowing how to play the game, but I cant get past level nine. I really hope the next update fixes these because Schools of Magic is my favorite game right now.

Loved the game. However upon playing it stay cautious as you only have one local save file. It allows you to back up with Facebook and Game Center, however it doesnt save it at all. No way to load a past Game Center save, will bump this to 5 stars when this is added.

Do NOT download this new update! This erases ALL of your data and you have to start new. I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY FOR NOTHING. DO NOT UPDATE

Ever since this update, I open the game and my entire progress is gone! I put so much time and even some money into this and now its all reset and making me start from the beginning?! This is not fair!

I upgraded the game and all of my progress is lost! I have spend $20 on this game and now tithing is there!!

Thanks for fixing the crashing issue. This game is pretty fun. You have the option to buy items, but not required.

Your pvp opponents are actually bots. The top score list is not only fake, it is physically impossible to take top10. (At a certain point you dont even gain points anymore) There is no late game content. It just sort of ends, and then there is only disappointing pvbot fights. Throughout the game you are required to spend money to keep playing, because you can only play the "quests" so often without spending blue gems. And you are always waiting for upgrades and buildings to finish, which have very little reward, even if you actually got to find an opponent. If I wasnt able to exploit crafting and questing by switching between online/offline, farming blue gems thanks to a jail brake exploit, and writing a script that ran for days and fought for me, I never would have bothered to reach the end of the game. But since I did, I can tell you that you will only be extremely disappointed if you spend your time or money on this game.
